Kishmish Rice Tonge Recipe  Kishmish Rice Look at that Kishmish rice tonge. Here you need to get an ice chilled cold Passion Fruit juice. Black Pepper Goat Meat With Rice Recipe  Black Pepper And Goat Meat With Rice Here Is The Recipe  ● 1 kg goat meat cut into chunks  ● 1 teaspoon garlic ginger paste  ● Salt to taste ● 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder  ● Juice of 1 lime  ● 1/2 teaspoon black pepper ● vegetable oil for deep frying  Sauce  ● 250grams margarine (salted) ● 50g paprika (red sweet pepper powder) ● 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper  ● 2 tablespoons vinegar  ● Juice of 2 lime  ● 1 teaspoon Garlic ginger paste  ● 2 tablespoons tomato paste ▪ Marinate the Goat chunks with lime juice, black pepper, garlic ginger paste and salt. Mango Kulfi Smoothie Drink Mango Smoothie                  Mangoes and summers always come together. And I am going to make a fun twist on the classic kulfi by adding our seasonal fruit mangoes and make a creamy and delicious Mango Kulfi. Prep time: 10 hours Cook time: 20 minutes Number of Servings: 4-5 persons Ingredients  ● Milk - 2 1/2 cups ● Mango - 2 nos ● Sugar - 1/2 cup ● Unsweetened Khoya - 3 Tsp ● Cardamom powder - 1/2 Tsp ● Saffron ● Mixed nuts ● Corn flour - 2 Tbsp Method  ▪ Boil the milk till it reduces to 3/4th of the quantity. ▪ Meanwhile, in a mixer jar add the chopped mangoes, and sugar ▪ Grind it to a fine paste ▪ After the milk has reduced, add the unsweetened khoya ▪ Mix it till it dissolves in the milk and add cardamom powder ▪ Mix cornflour and milk in equal proportions and add the slurry to the milk ▪ Mix it continuously so that there are no lumps. Swahili Biriani Recipe I would love to share with you my Swahili Biriani recipe here I used fillet steak since it's tender and flavorful I added a tablespoon of Garam Masala to get the most flavors that are incorporated in the Mix so as to spice up my Biriani also I did infuse in some whole pilau Mix and a touch of fried onions on the rice. Roasted Butter Squash Recipe  I personally love roasting butternut squash they become super soft and, once crusted, they produce natural sugars which make them super delicious. We will roast them alongside some chicken drumsticks -- this way the juices from the chicken will flavour the butternut further. Let’s get cooking! Roasted Butter With Tikka Drumsticks What you will need 1. For the butternut: ● 2 medium butternut squash, peeled and cubed ● 1 stick rosemary, chopped ● Salt to taste ● 2 tablespoons white vinegar What to do ▪ Mix above ingredients and toss them with the butternut then place them into a wide baking tray leaving some space in the middle to place your drumsticks. We’ll serve them with battered chicken and your favourite ketchup or dip. Battered Chicken  What you will need 1. For Chicken  ● 10-12 chicken drumsticks ● 1 teaspoon turmeric powder ● 1/2 teaspoon curry powder ● 1 teaspoon paprika ● 1 teaspoon black pepper ● 1 teaspoon garlic ginger paste ● Juice cup of 1 lemon ● 1 kg sweet potatoes peeled and cut as fries ● 1 litre oil for frying ● Salt to taste 2.
