Chicken Doner With Chips


This one is a win I promise, so good so juicy and takes the shortest time to whip up let’s make some Chicken Doner with potato wedges.


What you will need 


● 1kg boneless chicken breast 

● Salt to taste 

● 1/2 teaspoon Paprika

● 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 

● 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder 

● 1/2 Cumin powder 

● 1/2 Oregano

● 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic 

● 1/2 teaspoon garlic & ginger minced 

1/2 teaspoon rosemary 

● 1 tablespoon tomato paste 

● 2 tablespoons oil 

● Juice of 1 lime 

● 1kg potato wedges (fried) 

● Mayonnaise 

● Ketchup (tomato sauce) 


What to do


▪ Cut the chicken breast into think slices Marinate the chicken with paprika, black pepper, salt, oregano, tomato paste, cumin, turmeric garlic and ginger mince add the juice of 1 lime and let it stay in the Marinade for about 15 mins or so. 


▪ In a non stick pan over medium heat add in the oil, pan sear the chicken until golden brown about 4 minutes each side.


▪Take a platter arrange the fried potato wedges and then place the pan seared chicken on top drizzle the mayonnaise and tomato ketchup. Enjoy as a meal on its own.
