Look at that Kishmish rice tonge. Here you need to get an ice chilled cold Passion Fruit juice.


What you will need 


● 3 Tablespoons oil 

● 2 large onions sliced

● 1 teaspoon garlic ginger mince

● 2 beef cubes

● 1 tablespoon curry powder

● 1 large carrots diced

● 1 bell pepper diced

● 1/2 cup whole almonds

● 1/2 cup dried raisins

● 1kg boiled beef

● 1/2 kg potatoes peeled and halved 

● 2 cups Long grain basmati rice

● 4 cups water

● Salt to taste


What to do 


▪ A pinch of saffron diluted in 2 tablespoons of water


▪ In a pan over medium heat add in the oil sauté onions until golden brown add in garlic ginger mince mix well until fragrant then go in with your beef cubes and curry powder mix well until combined now go in with your vegetables the carrots and bell pepper continue to mix well, once combined add in the almonds and raisins Continue to mix until everything is caramelized. Now add in the boiled beef and potatoes mix until combined and then go in with 2 cups of basmati rice mix well and then add in 4 cups of water adjust seasoning with some salt and then bring to a boil until all the water is almost evaporated. In a separate cup add in the saffron put 2 tablespoons of water dilute the saffron until soft and liquid turns yellow and then drizzled saffron with its water over the rice now cover with a tight lid and let the rice steam for about 15 to 20 minutes or until the rice is fluffy. Serve in your fav platter or Sinia Garnish with fried onions and fresh cilantro or dania with your favorite pickle. Enjoy
