African Delicious Mango Pudding  Super Delicious Mango Pudding  Mango is a simple dessert that can be made using very minimal ingredients and is so soft and creamy and it is completely irresistible. Add chopped mango pieces for garnish and serve it chilled. What you will need  ● Mango - 4 Nos ● Sugar - 1/4 Cup ● Water - 1/2 Cup ● China Grass - 5 Gms ● Fresh Cream - 1/2 Cup ● Milk - 1/4 Cup What to do  ▪ Peel and cut ripe mangoes ▪ Add it into a mixer jar ▪ Add sugar and blend it till its smooth ▪ Strain and add the mixture to a pan and heat it ▪ Meanwhile, boil water and add the china grass ▪ Cook till the china grass dissolves completely ▪ Strain the china grass into the mango puree ▪ Mix everything well ▪ Now, add fresh cream and milk and mix everything until well combined ▪ Turn off the stove, do not boil the mixture after adding milk ▪ Let it sit 2 mins and pour the pudding mixture into individual moulds ▪ Let the pudding come to room temperature, cover it with a cling wrap or foil

And I am going to make a fun twist on the classic kulfi by adding our seasonal fruit mangoes and make a creamy and delicious Mango Kulfi. Prep time: 10 hours Cook time: 20 minutes Number of Servings: 4-5 persons Ingredients  ● Milk - 2 1/2 cups ● Mango - 2 nos ● Sugar - 1/2 cup ● Unsweetened Khoya - 3 Tsp ● Cardamom powder - 1/2 Tsp ● Saffron ● Mixed nuts ● Corn flour - 2 Tbsp Method  ▪ Boil the milk till it reduces to 3/4th of the quantity. ▪ Meanwhile, in a mixer jar add the chopped mangoes, and sugar ▪ Grind it to a fine paste ▪ After the milk has reduced, add the unsweetened khoya ▪ Mix it till it dissolves in the milk and add cardamom powder ▪ Mix cornflour and milk in equal proportions and add the slurry to the milk ▪ Mix it continuously so that there are no lumps. The tartness from the berries, a touch of sweetness and sourness from the vanilla yoghurt and creamy texture from the whipped cream makes all the difference. Healthy Dates Shake Drink Let’s make my easy Dates shake ‘Cooler’ We will add some strawberries to enhance the flavour and rose sherbet or rooh afza (all readily available in our local food stores or supermarket). Here is my favorite and very easy to whip up mango and passion cooler. Mango, Passion And Vanilla Ice Cream Milkshake  What you will need ● 1 large ripe mango ● 500ml ice cold milk ● 500ml vanilla ice cream ● 5 - 6 large sour passion fruit ● 2 large glasses What to do ▪ Peel the mango and slice it, ensuring you get most of the flesh. Set aside. ▪ In a blender, add in the mangoes. Add in 500ml milk and ensure the milk is ice cold (frozen) with some chunks of ice so that your drink will be frothy once you blend it. ▪ Add in 250ml or half of the ice cream in the blender. Give it a good blend, resting the blender every minute or so. ▪ Cut your passion fruits into two and squeeze. Once the passion pulp is in the glasses, gently pour in the blended mixture in the glass. You will see a layer of passion in the bottom.

This drink is super delicious, super chocolatey and calls for very few ingredients a great way to use your left over soft bananas, never throw soft bananas if need be freeze them and Use them to make shakes, smoothies and ice cream. Soft bananas tend to become super sweet and delicious in making desserts. A great natural sugar option.   Choco Banana Cooler Drink What you will need ● 4 to 5 soft bananas ● 500ml ice cold milk ● 90g drinking chocolate (powder) ● 250ml ice cream ● 1 cup walnuts (optional) ● 100ml chocolate sauce What to do      ▪ Peel the bananas and add them into the blender. Add the drinking chocolate powder. For a less sweet option, you can use cocoa powder’ which does not contain sugar and will give you a darker and richer cooler. ▪ Add in the ice cold milk and give it a good blend (about 3 minutes, resting the blender every minute or so). ▪

We will make a non-alcoholic version that is super easy to make and is guaranteed to quench your thirst in this hot weather, then top it up with some ice cream to make it more tastier and fancier. Entice them with a fancy-looking homemade shake that is creamy and frothy with a nutty texture. Banana, Caramel And Nuts Shake Drink Note: For a sugar-free option, just omit the caramel. What you’ll need  ● 500ml ice cold milk (frozen) ● 500ml cold milk ● 50g peanuts ● 4 large bananas ● 1/2 cup caramel syrup ● 250ml whipped cream What to do ▪ In a blender, add in bananas then nuts, frozen milk and cold milk.
