Swahili Biriani Recipe I would love to share with you my Swahili Biriani recipe here I used fillet steak since it's tender and flavorful I added a tablespoon of Garam Masala to get the most flavors that are incorporated in the Mix so as to spice up my Biriani also I did infuse in some whole pilau Mix and a touch of fried onions on the rice. Roasted Butter Squash Recipe  I personally love roasting butternut squash they become super soft and, once crusted, they produce natural sugars which make them super delicious. We will roast them alongside some chicken drumsticks -- this way the juices from the chicken will flavour the butternut further. Let’s get cooking! Roasted Butter With Tikka Drumsticks What you will need 1. For the butternut: ● 2 medium butternut squash, peeled and cubed ● 1 stick rosemary, chopped ● Salt to taste ● 2 tablespoons white vinegar What to do ▪ Mix above ingredients and toss them with the butternut then place them into a wide baking tray leaving some space in the middle to place your drumsticks. For the Tikka Drumsticks: ● 6 chicken drumsticks ● Juice of 1 lime ● Salt to taste ● 1 teaspoon garlic ginger paste ● 1 teaspoon turmeric powder ● 1 teaspoon garam masala ● 1 teaspoon ginger powder ● 1 tablespoon tomato paste ● 1/2 teaspoon black pepper ● 1/4 cup plain yoghurt ● 1 pinch

Battered Chicken Recipe  Sometimes you just want to make fast food at home. Let’s give restaurant fries a twist by making them out of sweet potatoes. We’ll serve them with battered chicken and your favourite ketchup or dip. Battered Chicken  What you will need 1. For Chicken  ● 10-12 chicken drumsticks ● 1 teaspoon turmeric powder ● 1/2 teaspoon curry powder ● 1 teaspoon paprika ● 1 teaspoon black pepper ● 1 teaspoon garlic ginger paste ● Juice cup of 1 lemon ● 1 kg sweet potatoes peeled and cut as fries ● 1 litre oil for frying ● Salt to taste 2. Yummy Spaghetti In Chicken Sauce Recipe  Spaghetti And Chicken Sauce What you’ll need ● 1 kg whole chicken, cut into 8 pieces ● 1 tspn cayenne pepper ● 1 tspn garam masala ● 1 teaspoon turmeric powder ● 1 medium size onion ● 1 green chili ● 2 tspn of garlic ginger paste ● 2 tbspn oil ● 3 lemons ● Handful chopped coriander ● 100ml tamarid sauce ● 100g tomato paste ● Curry leaves ● Salt to taste What to do ▪ In a bowl pour half of the tamarind sauce add the garam masala, turmeric powder, cayenne pepper, garlic ginger paste and squeezed lemon. Mix well and put into the chicken, add salt and let it marinate for 30 minutes. In a non stick pan over medium heat add the oil and pan sear the chicken until golden brown. We will marinate them, fry them and then toss them into a delicious sauce that we will make using some various tomato sauces that can be found in your favorite supermarket. We will also add some boiled sweet corn and boiled eggs. Saucy Chicken Thigh, Maize And Boiled Eggs What you will need 1. Very ideal for a low carb diet enriched with protein.
