We continuously crave for something cold in this hot summer. And we seem to be bored of the same lemonade and other cold beverages. I have put together a wonderful combo of watermelon to make a watermelon spritzer. You have got to try this Watermelon Spritzer to believe in the flavor.


Prep time: 15 minutes

Number of Servings: 2 persons


What you will need 

● Watermelon - 1/2 fruit

● Lemon - 2 nos

● Sugar - 4 Tsp


What to do 

▪ Firstly, make the lemon and sugar concentrate by mixing the lemon juice and sugar

▪ Cut half watermelon into small pieces and blend them to get the watermelon juice

▪ Strain the watermelon juice to remove the seeds and fiber if any

▪ Now, add the sugar and lemon concentrate to the watermelon juice according to your taste

▪ The base for your watermelon spritzer is ready. Let’s assemble the drink

▪ Place some ice cubes in a mason jar, add pour in the watermelon juice till it fills ¾th of the jar

▪ Now, place the back of teaspoon inclined to the inner rim of the jar and pour in the soda slowly. This creates a beautiful gradient effect

▪ Add a lemon slice and a sprig of mint leaf to garnish the drink

▪ Your refreshing watermelon spritzer is ready to be served now

African Delicious Mango Pudding  Super Delicious Mango Pudding  Mango is a simple dessert that can be made using very minimal ingredients and is so soft and creamy and it is completely irresistible. Add chopped mango pieces for garnish and serve it chilled. What you will need  ● Mango - 4 Nos ● Sugar - 1/4 Cup ● Water - 1/2 Cup ● China Grass - 5 Gms ● Fresh Cream - 1/2 Cup ● Milk - 1/4 Cup What to do  ▪ Peel and cut ripe mangoes ▪ Add it into a mixer jar ▪ Add sugar and blend it till its smooth ▪ Strain and add the mixture to a pan and heat it ▪ Meanwhile, boil water and add the china grass ▪ Cook till the china grass dissolves completely ▪ Strain the china grass into the mango puree ▪ Mix everything well ▪ Now, add fresh cream and milk and mix everything until well combined ▪ Turn off the stove, do not boil the mixture after adding milk ▪ Let it sit 2 mins and pour the pudding mixture into individual moulds ▪ Let the pudding come to room temperature, cover it with a cling wrap or foil
