Chicken Curry Served With Rice And Banana 

Thick chicken curry with rice, this meal paired with banana is everything you need for the weekend.


What you will need 

● 1 kg Chicken cut into 8 pcs 

● 1 tomato grated

● 1 onion sliced 

● 50g tomato paste

● 1 tbsp Ginger ginger paste/ mince

● 1 capsicum diced 

● 1 teaspoon Cumin powder

● 1 teaspoon Black pepper

● 2 tablespoons Royco mchuzi mix

● Salt to taste

● 2 tablespoon oil

● Juice of 1 lime

● 1 cup water 


What to do 

▪ In a pan over medium heat add in the oil and sauté the onions until soft add in the garlic and ginger paste, sauté for few seconds. Then add in grated tomato, cumin, black pepper mix well.

▪ Now add chicken, cook for 1-2 minutes.

▪ Add capsicum and mix it well.

▪ Go in with the tomato paste, dilute mchuzi mix in 1/4 cup water and add in the mix, Cook covered with lid until the chicken has released its natural juices and almost cooked, then add in 1 cup of water bring to a boil until
